Accelerate experiments Tap any running machine to add work to its progress bar. Completing a Reaction Chamber cycle creates Compounds; taps accelerate the cycle instead of creating free materials.

Manage your inputs The Microscope consumes Compounds and the Data Terminal consumes Observations. Set either machine to PAUSED when you want to save its input resource for an upgrade.

Build an interacting pipeline Upgrade batch size and speed, reduce input costs, reclaim spent materials, or pass cycle progress between neighboring machines. Analysis Server LV 3 is a strong first Terminal target.

Keep working offline The base lab stores six hours of progress at 60% efficiency. Night Shift extends capacity by three hours and adds 8% efficiency per level.

Publish breakthroughs A breakthrough resets current materials, Research, equipment, and cycle progress for spendable Insight. Buying knowledge never reduces production. Station access and lifetime Research never decrease.
